Our CCR 800 system is designed to cut and sew the tubular woven bags in one single process. The positioning of the woven material, and the transfer of the bag to the sewing table is done by servomotors. Production is 30 to 40 bags per minute, depending on the size and rigidity of the woven material.
Works with material of 1400mm (55”) in diameter, printed or unprinted. Milimetric precision is obtained in the cutting of the material.
